That's right, ALL of our coffees are roasted to order.
We don't sit on roasted coffee in a warehouse, your order will process and be roasted within 48hrs before being packaged up and sent to your doorstep/mailbox/wherever you want it.
This ensures you receive the absolute freshest coffee possible - peak flavor window for roasted coffee is around 11 days after roasting, your coffee should land well ahead of that!
