Returns & Replacements


Coffee Returns

Let’s keep it simple: all coffee sales are final. Once it’s roasted and shipped, it’s yours. We don’t do returns on coffee — no exceptions. Why? Because it’s perishable, custom-packed, and brewed for boldness, not backtracking.

That said, if your order arrives damaged ie: crushed boxes, broken seals, bags that look like they went a few rounds in a fight club, don’t panic. We’ll do our best to make it right. Just shoot us an email at noctocoffee@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Non-Coffee Returns (Apparel, Gear, Etc.)

For everything else (gear, apparel, etc.), we’ve got a 30-day return window. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase required.

Start a return by contacting us at noctocoffee@icloud.com (mailto:noctocoffee@icloud.com). If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Don’t send anything back without getting the green light—unauthorized returns will be rejected faster than a weak brew.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Inspect your order when it lands. If something’s broken, missing, or just not what you ordered, let us know immediately and we’ll evaluate the situation. If we screwed up, we’ll own it.

What You Can’t Return

We do not accept returns on:

    •    Coffee (all sales final)

    •    Sale items or gift cards

    •    Anything used, worn, or without original packaging

    •    Perishables, flammable goods, or hazardous materials

    •    Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

Want something different? The fastest move is to return your eligible item (non-coffee only), then place a new order once your return is approved. We don’t hold inventory or reserve stock during the exchange process.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is headed to the EU, you’ve got the legal right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Same rules apply: unused, original packaging, tags intact, proof of purchase. Coffee still can’t be returned.

Refunds

Once your return hits our doorstep, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s approved. If it passes, you’ll see a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can be slow — allow up to 15 days. Still nothing? Contact us at noctocoffee@icloud.comÂ
