Sheesh, that was quite the mouthful!

Okay so what does that really mean???

Means we don't warehouse large husky bins full of roasted beans.
(yes, that is a common practice)
Our coffee is packed and shipped 24-48hrs after cooling from its fire bath,
So it typically arrives just as peak flavor town develops.

You see, after green coffee beans are roasted, the roasted coffee (what you brew with) needs time to relax and decompress after its semi-complicated semi-charmed kinda lifecycle.
